Our role as holding company
Finance
Financing: Review of new financing options for companies but also for products and for customers (e.g. P2P partnership with lend.ch). We want to offer long-term subscription products for private households as well as corporate customers.
Technology
We build the entire tech platform for all subsidiaries - all in the cloud and with AI support, completely dynamic, flexible and secure. As a result, our employees can be integrated into processes anytime and from anywhere. This avoids unnecessary trips and idle runs.

Data
In the future, we will make more and more decisions based on current data from IoT sensors but also on predictive external data sources (e.g. weather development to control heating curves) - in order to reduce energy consumption and effectively control it.
Sales & Marketing
Thanks to our CRM tools and the integration of WhatsApp, for example, into the sales process, we simplify communication for our customers, every employee sees all relevant data in the customer file and all work steps are neatly documented and can be found by everyone at any time.
Employer Branding
If the shortage of skilled workers is one of our biggest challenges in the craft sector, it often has something to do with the presence of companies on the Internet or social media. Employer branding is not just marketing, it is also a strong recruiting channel for new employees who want to work in a digitally savvy environment.
Recruitment
In principle, the sentence “Being able to retain employees is the new recruiting” - but it is not quite that simple. If we want to grow by around 15%, then we need to find new talent for our companies. We do this through new digital channels and innovative collaborations with tech companies, for which the “War for Talents” has always been one of the key success factors.
