Power storage systems and charging stations
Power storage systems for photovoltaic systems
Your photovoltaic system generates solar power right where it is needed: in your own home. As a homeowner, it is beneficial to use as much of the self-generated electricity as possible directly. But a particularly large amount of energy is often consumed at times, such as in the evening, when the sun is no longer shining — for example to cook, do laundry or to charge an electric car. This is where the use of an energy storage device is a good idea.
Power storage systems
When choosing a power storage device, there are two types: AC and DC storage. It is not always easy to decide which type is best suited for which requirements. Here is a simple overview.
Covering electricity requirements via OnSite PV systems (during the day)
Storage of excess solar energy in the battery system
Compensation for feeding electricity into the open grid (when the battery is full)
Use of battery capacities (at night and in bad weather)
Use of electricity from the public grid as soon as the battery is empty.

Smart Station

Benefits of electric charging stations at home
Electric charging stations in private households are special facilities that make it possible to charge electric vehicles at home. They are a practical alternative to public charging stations and offer a number of benefits.
How it works
Inspection by a qualified electrician
The installation process usually starts with a qualified electrician checking your home electrical installation to make sure it can support a charging station.
Connection to the house's electrical network
As soon as the electrician confirms compatibility, the charging station is connected to your home's power grid. This includes safely integrating the station into your home electrical system.
Installing the charging station
The charging station is securely installed in a suitable location, usually near your parking space for the electric vehicle. This ensures easy access to the store.
Connect the electric vehicle:
With the charging station properly installed and connected, you can now connect your electric vehicle to the station using a specialized charging cable. This cable is designed to safely and efficiently deliver energy to your vehicle's battery.
Use of intelligent features:
Many modern charging stations have intelligent features, such as programmable charging times or remote monitoring via a dedicated app, which allow you to optimize charging times, monitor energy consumption, and control charging remotely to provide additional convenience and efficiency.
