CEO and CEO of Climartis AG, is also on the boards of Zattoo, Lend.ch and Bexio.
From 2000 to 2011, he worked at Ringier AG in various positions, including CIO and CFO. From 2012, he was an independent consultant and member of various boards of directors.
From 2017 to 2022, he led the Technology & Ventures division at the TX Group. He has completed management training at various institutions, including ZFU, St. Gallen Business School, London Business School and the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
In his role as COO, Philippe Schmidig will assume operational responsibility for the development of the portfolio and central systems. He has a degree as a technology entrepreneur from the University of St. Gallen School of Entrepreneurship (ES-HSG). Schmidig is an experienced managing director who worked in various companies and industries.
Paul Michael Lawrence is the CTO and responsible for the Climartis Cloud tech stack. He has more than 15 years of experience leading international software development teams in e-commerce, entertainment, FinTech and blockchain. We are confident that Climartis, with its experience and deep connections with the tech industry, will pave the way for the use of technology in this sector.
As CFO, Daniel Schweizer orchestrates the finances of Climartis Holding. After studying at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), he completed further education as a Dipl. Certified accountant. Daniel Schweizer has a total of almost 20 years of experience advising medium-sized companies.
As CHRO, Michèle Hegglin is responsible for the HR department of Climartis AG and Climartis Services and builds and supervises the recruiting and development of the Climartis Academy for all subsidiaries. Details about Climartis Academy and Climartis Recruiting will follow soon on this page.
As CDO, Marco Di Bernardo is responsible for the digital transformation of Climartis AG, Climartis Services AG and all subsidiaries. His experience as CTO and CPO for products such as 20 Minuten or Blick allows him to establish completely new user journeys and digital marketing strategies for us too, e.g. for new B2C products from Lehmann 2000 AG in Zofingen.
